Hello, my name is Jennifer Elder, and I am currently a student medical assistant. I chose this field because my son is special needs and for many years I had no idea what the doctors were trying to tell me. They always used big word that I didn’t understand. I decided that I could help, not only my son but, other parents who might need someone to translate what the doctors were saying. My goals are to be kind and loving to patients and give them a reason to smile when they come to the doctor. I value kindness, honesty and respect. I feel that if you give these things, you will get them in return. I am great at what I do because I love what I do. I believe that if you have employees who love what they do and are passionate about it, it will show with the patients and their families therefor, they will continue to come back as well as refer their family and friends to your practice.
