After graduating from the University of Lincoln with a BA(Hons) in Drama I worked as freelancer within the industry. Working as an Education Development Officer, stage manager, front of house assistant and directing youth theatre. Working with young people then opened up the door to the world of education. Finding myself in roles as a KS3 Learning Mentor, Pastoral Tutor and Curriculum Support. Learning along the way the skills of communication, empathy, listening, time management, building relationships, organisation and adapting to situations. I wanted to expand my career and use my transferable skills in a different way when I became a Tour Operator for MSG Tours. This role is diverse with some amazing opportunities whereby I get to interact with clients and suppliers, organise and create and as a lovely bonus…explore the world!
