Establish a creative direction for agent branding and design projects. Manage external marketing teams to ensure quality control over concepts and projects. Managed the marketing and design team, which consisted of 5+ staff including graphic designers, public relations specialists, and video production assistants. Our team was responsible for the design and implementation for both print and web materials. In addition, managed video production and animations for event and department promotion.

Designed internal print collateral such as flyers, brochures, and brand kits. Also, managed and designed graphics for company website, social media sites and blog.

Greenhouse Summer internship program. Worked on a variety of projects for the public relations department, media department, as well as the creative department. Also involved in the development of creative briefs and RFP's (request for proposal).

Completed an undergraduate thesis in Expectancy Violations Theory and Parasocial Relationships in Hearing and Hard of Hearing students at RIT. Presented at the RIT undergraduate summer research symposium in August of 2010.
