I am a registered nurse (RN) and certified registered nurse practitioner (CRNP) with over 14 years of clinical CRNP experience in both the hospital and office settings. I received my Master's of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt School of Nursing in 2010 as an adult health nurse practitioner and have primarily worked in various areas of cardiology, as well as internal medicine, since that time. In early 2024, I received a request from a local law firm to assist them with medical record review and as an expert witness for a medical malpractice case, and I fell madly in love with medical-legal nursing. I was thrilled to have found a way to integrate my career in healthcare into a new and exciting passion for the law. It was at that time that I founded Epperson Legal Nurse Consulting, and as they say, the rest is history!
