My goal is simple... I want to help people.Are you feeling unbalanced in your life and not sure what is making you feel unsettled? Or maybe you do, but just don't know how to move beyond? Today we are expected to take on a number of different roles; spouse, sibling, friend, parent, and employee. This expectation often leads to feelings of anxiety, stress and depression. My goal is to help you see the strengths that you possess, build on them and get you back to a place of happiness and peace.I have experience in addressing the challenges that come along with feeling 'unbalanced' in life, including anxiety, depression, and low self esteem. I will work with you to address any challenges or issues that you may be experiencing in a collaborative, non-judgmental, and solution focused approach.I use a solution focused approach to help you discover, and then reach the goals you set for yourself. My desire is to empower you with skills that will help you now and throughout your life. I offer flexible hours, including evenings and nights.
