As a contractor for Wheels Up, I performed a variety of onboarding functions. I worked alongside with all of our recruiters who hired for IT, Corporate, Pilots and Maintenance. I did a lot of detail-oriented work including putting together offer letters and entering all pay information into our payroll system called iCIMS. I helped gathering all required documents and put them together in an employee folder. Once everything was fully collected, I would hand off the file to the next coordinator to begin phase 2.

As a contractor for Canyon Pipeline, I performed various Human Resources functions including full cycle recruiting, onboarding new hires, working alongside with payroll to process weekly reports for terminations, location changes and new hires, and conduct new hire orientation. In addition to these tasks, I work heavily in the HRIS to process promotions, pay changes, sending offer letters, data entry, and generating reports for compliance integrity.

I was part of a collaborative team effort to ensure business needs for the workforce were met. My responsibilities included screening and verifying applicants, conduct background checks, reference checks, extend employment offers, assist employees in obtaining resources needed from HR department, maintain employee file integrity, and provide resources and HR policy expertise to employees and managers.

I focused my efforts particularly in full cycle recruiting from posting job ads in multiple states and cities to completing the onboarding process. Some of the systems I managed included Applicant Pro, ADP, Indeed and KSL, Facebook.

I provided a lot of support in recruiting and onboarding readiness for new employees. My responsibilities included determining where entry level employees would be a good fit in a certain department, extending job offers, conducting drug screens and background checks, employment authorizations, and assisting employees with the time clock system.
