I provide legal support for contract initiatives that affect Aetna’s Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, MMP and DSNP plans. In particular, I have worked on a variety of population health contract initiatives such as care technology platforms that facilitate the exchange of member data; telehealth and behavioral health platforms; the use of in-home monitoring devices that improve disease management; managed care programs for high risk member populations and those who have gaps in care; care management outreach to prevent hospital re-admissions; in home health assessments/health risk questionnaires and NCQA required health plan member satisfaction surveys; other programs such as medication management, synchronization and adherence.
