Senior Vice President Jennifer Pletka is the Senior Human Resources (HR) Business Partner and Head of Auto HR. Wells Fargo Auto offers consumers vehicle financing and offers dealers a complete suite of products and services to help them manage the business side of their dealerships. Wells Fargo Auto is a leading auto lender with more than 11,000 dealer relationships and a portfolio of $56 billion helping over 3 million consumers with their auto financing needs.In this role, she provides dedicated support to senior Auto leaders to evaluate and work to enhance the organizations’ performance through comprehensive human capital strategies that have measurable impacts on the business. This work includes strategic HR planning, initiatives, programs and consultation.Jennifer is involved in Wells Fargo’s Diverse Abilities Team Member Network and volunteers her time with the Southwest Autism Research and Resource Center in Phoenix, Arizona.

My role provides management and guidance on all policies, programs and compliance. Responsible for providing strategic human resources consultation to the Dealer Services organization at Wells Fargo. Provide proactive support to business leaders in the areas of organization design and development, influencing business strategic planning and business plan development, as well as aligning HR goals and objectives against those plans. Consult and collaborate with business partners and Shared Service partners in the execution of HR strategies, as well as influence senior management team to consider implications of business decisions and drive strategies and actions that support team and organizational efforts.
