As a registered nurse for 34 years, and having held various positions in my nursing career, my personal and professional interests have enriched my opportunities throughout my career. My background and experience have included clinical consulting roles, community health, case management and nursing operations management. Innovation and program development are key skill sets to expand opportunities. Looking to continue my professional growth and develop my consulting skill set, I joined the Willis Towers Watson team, North America in November, 2021.My longtime career in the insurance industry began in January 2000. I was able to acquire skills and experiences in managed care that include: direct member management; medical and utilization management; demand management and case management. In addition, I implemented and supported highly customized dedicated programs for several large national clients. Throughout my years, I have been involved in program development, innovation development, implementation, outcomes management and workflow development for customized programs. Specialties: The focus of my past role was to be the primary conduit of information between the account/account team and operations. A focus on customer specific processes and workflows to achieve greater outcomes was a driving force. As a liaison between program partners and clinical operations, collaborative approaches have helped to achieve goals both personally and professionally.Recent Past: Specialty Pharmacy Marketing Product Manager. Primary focus was on executing the enterprise Specialty Pharmacy strategy, specifically new product development across pharmacy and medical benefit product design. This included identification and development of products, developing strong partnerships to drive execution with medical and product business partners.My background and skillset have led me to a challenging, yet fulfilling as a Product Director Principal working specifically with client customizations.
