I am a seasoned Leadership, Travel and Hospitality professional with over 25 years experience in the hospitality, travel and tourism industry. My career has spanned all aspects of travel and hospitality, from destination management and planning through to operations and service, including sales and marketing, administration, contract negotiations, hotel, event and restaurant management and staff training & development. I have experience with private clients, corporate groups, luxury boutique hotels, international institutions and schools as well as non-profits and government agencies including work with Embassies in India with regards to travel and relocation consulting.Within my career I have successfully managed, created and directed several large festivals, conferences and personal events. I have managed hundreds of volunteers through my event background as well as managed employees within the restaurant and hotel industry both in the US and India. I have created custom itineraries, led groups of private clients, institutional groups, school groups and retreats in India, Nepal and the US. I am a writer, self starter and independent global citizen. I am passionate about leadership, hospitality, events and travel particularly as it pertains to local and environmental sustainability and personal growth for myself and for all those I work with.
