As the owner of Background, Inc. I have over 20 years of experience as a commercial background casting director. Opening it's doors in 2000, I have loved building Background, Inc. from the ground up, into the most successful commercial background casting company in the New York City area and have now also expanded to Los Angeles. Casting background talent in hundreds of commercials each year, I have become highly skilled at understanding my clients' specific needs for each project. Then in turn, I am able to interpret these needs and provide talent with the right look and feel in order to set the right tone for any specific scene or setting. As my reputation grew, some of my clients requested I start casting the principals for their commercials, so Foreground, Inc. was born. Staring slowly, Foreground, Inc. has also become quite busy with commercials, industrials and print castings. I love the challenge of trying to find just the right actor that my client is looking for to sell their specific product.One of my passions outside of casting is Africa and wildlife.
