Provide information and / or training on quality service delivery, best practices and community integration to facilitate the development and growth of providers and services. Provide onsite technical assistance to providers and schools in areas such as business creation/ development, job coaching, task analysis, community involvement and best practice service standards.Develop relationships with providers, employers, and other community partners to build community integration and the support of the presumption of employment and employability.Maintain and leverage an in-depth knowledge base regarding best practice, community involvement, a customer service delivery system and other subject matter expertise.Serve as an on-going resource to providers and the business community through the dissemination of information regarding employment opportunities and community resources.

Collects information and reports needed to assist in establishing eligibility for needed services•Conducts assessment to determine each client’s needs to connect to appropriate provider•Works closely with the clients Provider Services Coordinators, Service and Supports Administrators to make recommendations for integrated services and supports to the team. •Develops and writes services and supports that increase community participation, focused on achieving the clients identified goals. •Attends planning meetings and makes recommendations for services to the client’s team.•Interacts and builds relationships with community resource partners to expand opportunities for the clients.•Keeps detailed record of clients and entered them into the required tracking system.
