• Establish and cultivate relationships with clients, vendors, carriers, and internal departments to ensure successful implementations, renewals and ongoing administration of healthcare and voluntary benefits• Accountable for all client deliverables and procedures related to implementations, renewals and ongoing administration• Support client delivery teams with the review of technical requirements and test plans and the creation of training materials and procedure documents• Create client specific documents for quality assurance, deliverables, tasks, and reports• Oversee the completion of client related issues while coaching and training team members on the resolutions of escalated issues• Develop client-specific training guides for Call Center staff in support of clients’ benefit plan intricacies and for increased call volume during peak seasons• Facilitate meetings with clients, carriers and other internal departments with a focus on client strategy• Assess and leverage risk as well as develop proactive contingency plans• Identify and recommend best practices for improved efficiencies and assist with the documenting new procedures• Coach and train members of the benefit team and other internal departments, while providing developmental and progression-based feedback• Assist with Project Management tasks such as scope definition, project plans, and issue management.
