Woman, born in 1985, management engineer by training, grown up in Calabria and moved to Milan at the end of university studies to start a career in management consulting, where I spent over five years working for multinational profit corporations in business technology projects, specifically in the business intelligence field.At one point, motherhood gave me the pretext to question my path and the extra dose of courage I needed, so I quit.While putting for a few years my best energies in my role as a mother, I gave me the chance at the same time to explore and experiment something new, enriching and expanding my background around the themes of change (individual, organizational and social) and sustainability (economic, environmental and social), with the aid of courses, volunteering, side projects, on-and-off collaborations and a social self-entrepreneurial try.I kept going to chase and weave my red thread, since today as a professional, supporting non profit organizations along innovation and digital transformation projects.
