18+ years in management and 5 years of professional coaching have led me to create Copious Coaching and Consulting. I have served as a Hiring Manager, Training and Development Manager,Managing Broker, and Director of Operations in various size companies in both Wisconsin and Colorado. Over the years, I have learned that even the most buttoned up professionals can benefit from a person coming alongside them to help clarify their goals, keep them on track, encourage and still make time for the life outside of their chosen profession. Success for myself and those I serve has come from the need to not leave things on the surface level, but rather, dive deep to motivate people to become the best version of themselves, not a carbon copy of an ideal. My success is truly directly connected to when the company and individuals I serve reach their version of success.In addition, I have held an active Real Estate Broker's license in both Colorado (until 2018) and Wisconsin allowing me mentoring and supervisory duties to assist fellow Real Estate professionals to grow there business. It has also given me the priviledge to assist buyers and sellers to reach tangible real estate goals.I am eager to share my vast skillset and experience with others looking to find their way.
