• Business development for existing Clients• Provide 1:1 Training to encourage long term active users• Produce and deliver quality presentations to Sr. Executives at the client site to showcase customer growth, market trends, and product maturity.• Conduct 20 Face-to-Face trainings, webinars, and meetings with Clients per week.• Respond to customer escalations quickly, inspiring confidence in service and customer loyalty.• Understand the value of CoStar’s products and pricing as well as competitive offerings and articulate CoStar’s benefits in a manner meaningful to the customer.• Promote and drive attendance to market advisory meetings• Teach customers unique insights about how to best compete in the marketplace leveraging CoStar products, demonstrating the value proposition.• Deliver high customer service and maintain high client retention through quarterly client visits, trainings, and proper on boarding of new customers• Manage a renewal pipeline and monthly renewal forecast as well as activity tracking within CoStar’s proprietary CRM application• Update lease and sales comps details and pipeline projects• Promote user entry to update listings in Loopnet and CoStar

• Lead a team of 10 Research Associates ensuring the consistent achievement of agreed professional and performance standards• Prepare quarterly Territory Plans outlining planned improvements in relationships and quality of data• Personally seek out and respond to client feedback, ensuring the timely resolution of issues resulting in minimal brand impact and the highest standard of customer service. Work with sales colleagues in revenue generation and/or protection• Report customer feedback and requests and provide internal feedback following company hierarchy procedures • Identify opportunities to establish or enhance client relationships• Oversee the preparation of comprehensive market reports on a quarterly basis. Work closely with all departments to ensure the delivery of engaging market narrative for regional clients • Improve the coverage and depth of market/region data by demonstrating the importance of delivering high quality service to clients and consumers • Work closely with Account Executive to develop and communicate a strategy to grow market share and customer base • Collaborate and communicate with the Director of Sales, Marketing, Research, and Operations to ensure the best representation to clients • Coach, mentor and develop team members through the continuous management of IDP's • Conduct regular training and mentoring. Share knowledge, experience, best practice and solutions to ensure the continuous improvement

• Work as part of a core team serving as a liaison to our clients; build relationships with those contacts; provide on demand training; serve as extension to our top client companies• Develop mutually beneficial relationships with our contacts within the Georgia market, explaining the value to be received from providing CoStar with a frequent and current flow of information.• Work with a Team Lead to define, quantify and analyze market data • Ability to manipulate the CoStar database in order to identify trends, conduct in depth phone interviews with key players in the CRE Industry to create a more accurate picture of the overall market, and compile comprehensive market data (listings, transactions, deals, construction data, etc.)
