Work with strategic suppliers and Online Merchants to optimize brand focused, online customer experience on Lowes.com. Partner with suppliers to analyze and improve online sales, traffic and conversion through identifying and improving product assortment, online content, promotions, inventory and returns. Job duties included presenting professional development, evaluating and setting yearly school goals based on various data points, conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback, oversaw all state mandated tests and ensuring all guidelines were executed seamlessly, assist in personnel duties of 80+ staff members, everyday administrative tasks, and developing action plans for both student and teacher growth.
