As a VMI Analyst , I managed over 120 million dollars in revenue, VMI Program Manager - Managed program and process for multiple customers, integrating new system enhancements. After one year, I was recruited back to Product Supply to support and train our Supply Planners on Manugistics and transition to SAP APO/SNP. Once Kraft Foods merged with Heinz, I was recruited back to Product Supply as the Sr. Product Supply Manager of Coffee & Snack Nuts. I managed a team of 9 Supply and Repack planners managing 3.5 Billion in revenue. I focused on cost savings and network restructuring. For almost 4 years as Director of Customer Service, I led a team of Customer Service Agents who managed all consumer calls and customer account management responsibilities. I managed 2 reduction in force transitions, transitioned work to another area of the country and closed an office. I coordinated 2 successful customer data sharing projects.
