I managed a team of 9 Supply and Repack planners managing 3.5 Billion in revenue. I focused on cost savings and network restructuring. For almost 4 years as Director of Customer Service, I led a team of Customer Service Agents who managed all consumer calls and customer account management responsibilities. I managed 2 reduction in force transitions, transitioned work to another area of the country and closed an office. I coordinated 2 successful customer data sharing projects.
