Better data to drive decisions and cross-stakeholder understanding and engagement is needed. With over 20 years of experience in health economics and outcomes research (HEOR), policy and reimbursement, and managed care pharmacy practice, I am the Founder of Innov8 Health Policy, LLC, a consulting firm that helps health care stakeholders generate evidence to make care more predictable for all stakeholder, more accessible and efficient, and affordable. I have a PharmD from the University of Nebraska Medical Center and a HEOR Fellowship from the University of Michigan School of Public Health.My mission is to foster collaborative decision-making and evidence-based solutions across the health care ecosystem by analyzing evidence for decision-making, translating policy, engaging stakeholders, managing change, and communicating effectively. I have led and contributed to multiple initiatives and programs that advanced managed care pharmacy practice, advocated for patient-centered formulary and benefit design, and encouraged the use of high-quality real-world evidence to guide health care decisions. Strong champion of the next generation of health care leaders, mentoring and coaching students and professionals in the field.
