Managed the Managing for Results Program, a four month intensive training program for newly hired or promoted managers who have direct reports. The program is designed to improve the knowledge, competencies, leadership techniques and people management skills essential to effectively perform as a first-time manager. Conducted three concurrent programs in 2014, facilitating 18 of the 21 classes with a 92% completion rate among the managers who were enrolled in the program. Designed instructor-led training class for the Brand President of White House | Black Market that introduced new hires to the brand's culture, history and DNA.

Promoted through positions of increasing scope and responsibility. Conduct needs analyses and utilize data to design, develop, and implement internal training courses. Determine the most effective delivery method and collaborate throughout the organization to obtain buy-in and participation. Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions for new facilitators, and mentor / coach new and established adjunct instructors. Instruction:==> Designed a three-week, instructor-led, asynchronous learning course for administrative professionals, to provide them with the tools to perform their jobs more efficiently, effectively, and professionally. This was the firm’s first online, instructor-led training designed to accommodate the geographical disbursement of staff. ==> Conducted a needs analysis on the firm’s Career Mobility Program and developed a plan for implementing interventions. Evaluated the effectiveness of the interventions after one year, using Kirkpatrick’s four levels to determine if the interventions actually closed the performance gap; results showed that the program increased internal placement rates to 80%. ==> Spearheaded the Interpersonal & Team Effectiveness course redesign, revising learning and activities to better align with the firm’s culture of collaboration, inclusive work environment, and core values. Held feedback sessions with lead facilitators to ensure buy-in, piloted the program, conducted Train-the-Trainer sessions, and effectively launched the new course.
