Then I design solutions for organizational effectiveness and roll them out to our global offices and teams.As the Director of Operations, it’s not about “me.” It’s about the “we.” And that’s what I love the most… getting to know people, collaborating across diverse teams, and transforming the ways we deliver through processes. This is my calling, my passion. I always see the big picture, and I can break targets down into manageable (and trainable) pieces. I navigate “the grey,” and I’m not afraid of complexity or asking hard questions. I won’t stop exploring or delivering until it feels right. When I’m not building a roadmap, aligning stakeholders, or reporting on KPIs, you can find me playing with my dog Aaliyah or watching a game (name the sport, I’m into it).
