Provides support and expertise on total compensation practices, policies, and programs to enhance the organization's ability to attract, retain, motivate, and reward employees. Contributes to the design, implementation, communication, and administration of competitive compensation incentive programs that align with the business plans, goals, and objectives. Counsels and partners with HR on compensation matters. Leads and supports the annual salary, long term incentive, and short term incentive planning processes. Collaborates with Compensation and Benefits network across the the entire company (Corporate, Regions, and Business teams).

Partners with Compensation & Benefits teams located in the US, Canada, and Latin America. Ensures compensation practices are globally consistent but locally flexible. Reviews and assesses competitiveness of compensation ranges and practices for each assigned geographic region and business group. Lead the design, implementation, and communication of competitive global compensation programs that align with business plans, goals, and objectives of each assigned client group. Provides advice on pay decisions, policy and guideline interpretation, as well as job evaluation outcome. Designs creative solutions to specific compensation-related programs by developing techniques for compiling, preparing, and presenting data.

Responsible for the design, development, implementation, delivery, and evaluation of market competitive total rewards opportunities. Oversaw the administration of existing Compensation and Benefits' programs, policies and procedures, HR systems, and assured that all programs were consistently administered and compliant with organizational policies and government regulations. Monitored external job market and compensation trends and made recommendations for change.
