- I helped with functioning of the shelter for homeless young people including interviewing and inducting new residents, facilitated group and individual sessions, and involved with everyone and all activities. - I planned and delivered sessions for young people surrounding their own personal development including money management, cooking, healthy living and ASDAN (Award Scheme Development and Accreditation Network) sessions. - I developed new information packs for residents, a staff handbook and experienced completing benefits and housing applications for young people.
