Jennifer Hagan is a highly versatile, operationally focused leader, problem solver and team builder with over 20 years of proven execution of business transformations in challenging environments. Most recently Jennifer served as Senior Vice President of Radiology Operations for Envision Healthcare managing $350 million in revenue and an operational team of 60 to deliver high quality care and support 1,000 radiologists across 120 sites. While at Envision, Jennifer led multiple teams through the COVID crisis response efforts, serving as Chief of Staff to the CEO and Interim SVP of Communication and Marketing.She has spent 20+ years in healthcare, working with large physician groups, health systems and insurers. Jennifer worked at Point B, a management consulting firm, for 14 years where she advised executive leadership teams, often reporting to the CEO. She led operational teams, managed large-scale business and technology transformations, M&A integration, governance efforts and implemented change through strategic and operational initiatives at companies such as DaVita, OptumCare (part of UnitedHealth Group), Anthem and SCL Health System (now Intermountain Healthcare). Prior to that, Jennifer worked for Deloitte as a consultant to public-sector, mid-market and large organizations. She received a Master of Business Administration from The University of Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis.
