I am passionate about the patient experience and understanding the patient's journey throughout healthcare. I believe in doing the right thing because it's the right thing to do. Every day is an opportunity to learn and grow from experiences both big and small. My clinical background includes being a staff Registered Respiratory Therapist, Director of Respiratory Therapy and Sleep Center employed by APRN, providing services at Cameron Memorial Community Hospital. I developed a strong ability to connect with my patients and provide quality care to every patient and family. I accepted the position of Patient Relations Director to continue building on my healthcare experience and commitment to patient experiences. I believe focusing on Lean processes will improve the patient journey as well as bring satisfaction to employees with meaningful work flows.
