 Partner with senior level management to develop recruitment strategies and cost effective techniques that leverage existing talent, while promoting internally and encouraging employee referrals Strategize with various leaders regarding their open positions and provide creative ideas to help them find the best candidate for the position Manage full life-cycle recruiting: prescreening resumes, phone and/or in-person interviews, reference and background checks, negotiations/offer letter generation and closing Create job profiles based on information provided by the hiring manager and coordinate the details with the current Job Classification Structure Conduct external salary surveys, including cost of living comparisons, to assist managers with their salary selection Utilize targeted Internet advertising campaigns including social networks, niche job boards and professional associations Consult and train managers on recruitment process and interviewing techniques based on behavioral interview methodology centered on job specific criteria and skills/knowledge and experience Initiate background checking process, review and consult with HR and legal counsel to make final hiring decisions, keeping company policies and employment laws in mind Develop reports to analyze existing recruitment data, help identify trends in hiring, candidate sources, and forecast future hiring needs Participate in various committees, working collaboratively to accomplish a common goal Design and deliver recruitment / iCIMS training for HR staff in India and United Arab Emirates Lead campus recruiting efforts for US West Region - Identify and align strategic campus recruiting goals with the region - Coordinate and attend diversity career fairs
