Providing HR functions within a Joint Venture with various employing companies and agencies.Management of assignment conditions in a Joint Venture environment.Focal point on-site for HR related activities and site policies, including accommodation for over 500 personnel (at peak) and recruitment in Korea.All HR activities, including liaising with the Senior Management Team regarding HR/IR issues as they arise. General HR enquiries from expatriate/ local employees and managers, including contractual queries.Staffing Plan management including monitoring of manhours and budget and interface with the Workforce Planning team in Perth.

Whilst working at Hatch, seconded into the Kellogg Joint Venture. HR support activities for the EPCM, such as on boarding staff and demobilisation of personnel. Management of accommodation and housing for “non local” EPCM staff including arrangement of leases, client approvals and close out.Management of EPCM progress claims, from claim preparation and liaison with the client through to submission of the final invoice.Aurecon Hatch expense claim management and approval (and subsequent incorporation into Progress claims).Participation in the development and review of the EPCM Estimate.Project Controls reporting – Assistance in the production of the Weekly, Monthly and adhoc reports as required by Aurecon Hatch and Port Waratah Coal Services management.All aspects of recruitment and selection, including attending career fairs and facilitating assessment centres for Hatch's graduate program.

Provide timely HR advice to project personnel in areas such as employment terms and conditions and project policies and procedures.Regularly liaise with members of the Joint Venture Partner HR departments to co-ordinate corporate and project HR activities to ensure best practice.Identify and implement HR improvement initiatives for the project.Liaise with the Deployment and Construction teams to ensure the successful mobilisation of personnel to site.Assist with the development and implementation of project allowances, guidelines and policies.Advise and apply the KJV Performance Management procedure, including regular presentations informing managers of the process and guidelines. Maintenance of the PAF database (KJVG Man-Hour Cost Control System) to ensure all information is current and correct and submitted to the client where required.
