 setup the visa department personally and raise the operating income nearly 100 times when having the highest gross margin in the entire division; management of visa products and personnel of website and app in Lvmama ; Encourage, train, support and assess team subordinates effectively. responsible for the design of visa products to meet the group's and external market’s demand;  management of visa applications importing from the subordinate stores in other areas in China; coordinate, formulate, control and achieve the objectives of the department and subordinate stores such as operating revenue, gross profit, margin and etc.; solve urgent visa problems and handle customer complaints; train related visa knowledge to pre-sale and post-sale customer service and other department colleagues; cooperate with marketing specialists, store managers and customer service people to promote tourism and visa products; work with IT to improve the experience of websites and app related pages to increase page views and conversion rates.
