Modelling for different photographers, from Alternative to Fashion shoots.

Spent my time at the company researching Social Enterprises and writing a guide on the subject. 'Social enterprise: A short guide'. The guide goes through the different organisations and how to start up a Social enterprise. I've also gone to a school to do a presentation and survey to find out what 14year olds know.

I'm involved in a project which produced my first ever book, 'Social Enterprise: a short guide'. In doing this I researched the history and organisations that are or linked with social enterprise, and started writing the guide with the team. We helped each other out with ideas and editing. As part of our research we called and went around interviewing organisations. We've currently been going around schools doing presentations about our book and the student's first glance of Social enterprise. June 2009 - Sept 2010 QS/ store 21. Sales Advisor, working with new fashion and home ware. Sorting the delivery twice a week and serving and advising customers. With my creative side and following guidelines I became in charge of window dressing which I personally enjoyed doing. With my past experience I also trained staff into their roles.May 2007 - Sept 2007 The Night Owl night club. I was a Bar Tender in a busy and fast paced environment. My duties included collecting empty glasses, serving beverages and providing a high standard of customer service. I was allowed to show off my creative side by inventing new drinks for the menu, which were very popular. I also built up a position of responsibility where I was trained to change the barrels.

In my time at McDonalds, I was trained in all areas of the resturant, delt with customer service mostly dealing with their complaints etc. I past my Staff Trainer exam and trained new and current staff into their roles either kitchen, drivethru and tills. I built my way up into going in for management, where I had full training in cashing up the till, connecting stores, stock control and safe counting. I've worked in many stores to cover staff, Gloucester, Stroud and Worcester. I transfured in 2008 to St Austell, again working under as a trainee manager.

I transferred in Sept 08 to St Austell store, my duties were to train staff into their roles either tills, kitchen, drive thru or lobby staff. In the four years I was trained to clean, work as a team, work in all situations, customer service and hospitality. Within my management training I dealt in counting the safe, connecting other stores, running the floor and stock control.
