She also handles actions involving other environmental laws, such as RCRA, Clean Water Act and Prop 65.Jennifer has significant experience defending against government enforcement actions, including inspections, cease-and-desist orders, and cleanup and abatement orders. Her expertise includes hazardous waste violations, hazardous substance and petroleum releases, site investigation and remediation, underground storage tank issues, pesticide product registration/violations, government audits, and environmental criminal defense.Jennifer's transactional practice includes real estate matters involving contaminated property, including purchase/sale agreements, environmental due diligence, disclosures, deed restrictions, and environmental insurance. She strategically counsels clients regarding deal structuring to minimize environmental liabilities and maximize available protections.Jennifer also advises on a range of regulatory matters, with emphasis on hazardous waste management and weights & measures. She has served as outside regulatory counsel to one of the largest grocers in the U.S. and numerous large companies located throughout the U.S. and abroad.
