Charged with increasing Pegasys net sales, market share, and volume through strategic and tactical marketing initiatives, specifically focused on HCV/HIV Coinfection and Hepatitis B. Served as team lead for development of 2006 New Uses plan (Non-Responders, HCV/HIV Coinfection and Hepatitis B) for Hepatology franchise. Managed $1 million brand promotional budget. Managed and developed seven Hepatology Clinical Specialists for launch and growth phase of Hepatology franchise (Pegasys and Copegus). Hired, trained, and coached this team that supported seven sales divisions in Hepatology and HCV/HIV Coinfection marketplaces. Oversaw $200,000 field budget.
