Serving as the managing editor for the Journal extension of the Historians of Netherlandish Art, a non-profit organization dedicated to the study of Netherlandish, German and Franco-Flemish Art and Architecture. The Journals' publications are all available to access free-of-charge. As managing editor, duties include much of the JHNA website administration, preparing issue publications, coordination with authors, obtaining and reproducing images in accordance with permissions, etc. and producing the issue in a persistent PDF format tied to a digital object identifier (DOI) for each article.

- Serves as Project Manager for digital curatorial projects, often scholarly in nature. - Oversees related budget, timeline, and content with regard to the project (in collaboration with the Curator and related department(s))- Consults on technology decisions with regard to user interface- Serves as liaison between content and technologist team members- Conducts Q.A. for interface development- Presents project to internal and external audiences- Works with collection management database to maintain art object information on the permanent collection, consistent with established cataloging procedures

- Served as Project Manager for Online Scholarly Catalogue Initiative (OSCI) for the Dutch collection catalogue. - Oversaw the budget, timeline, and content with regard to the project (in collaboration with the Curator and Editor-in-Chief). - Consulted on technology decisions with regard to user interface. - Served as liaison between content and technologist team members - Conducted Q.A. for interface development - Presented project to internal and external audiences- Performed research and scholarly writing as assigned.-Managed curatorial files for department, as well as departmental files.- Coordinated exhibition details pertaining to objects, as well as layout, loan details with Exhibitions office, etc.- Acted as a courier for objects when necessary.- Collaborated with many other departments for various projects, such as photography, art movement, reframing, installation, etc.- Managed details of Curator's schedule and assists in lecture preparation, research, etc. when necessary.
