Jennifer has a broad civil practice, with a focus on insurance, personal injuries (including medical negligence), administrative law, planning and environment, energy and resources, and general commercial litigation. Jennifer regularly appears, both led and unled, in State and Federal courts and tribunals, as well as coronial inquests. She has appeared in applications for special leave and an appeal to the High Court of Australia. Prior to coming to the Bar, Jennifer was a solicitor at Minter Ellison. She was previously Associate to His Honour Judge Rackemann of the District Court.Before embarking upon a career in law, Jennifer completed a Bachelor of Music, with majors in performance (cello) and musicology.
