Responsible for store inside a store. Led team through COVID shut down and reopening with the same team. Evolved the way we worked to meet new store environment and was a top performing store in my district by exceeding goals September 2020 through May 2021.

By being customer centered as well as focusing on streamlining operations I was able to lead a bottom performing store to achieving monthly goals and meeting shrink targets. As a result I was promoted to Multi Store Manager of both my Hagerstown store and a newly opened store in a new center. Both stores were exceeding sales plans through focus on customer relationships
