Communities for Children Initiative is funded by the Federal Government, Anglicare is the facilitating partner delivering this initiative in the Launceston Tamar Valley footprint. My role involved Community Development with a focus on community engagement and empowerment, capacity building and early intervention programs based in communities. Development and evaluation of evidence based programs. Stakeholder engagement and management. Contract Management including compliance and financial management of multiple contracts.
