Serving as an extension of the business. Designing HR strategies that are pragmatic, data-informed, cost-effective – and that reflect the “true story” of business needs. Helping newly promoted executives, managers, and business leaders succeed in their advanced roles through enthusiastic coaching, mentoring, and training in areas that include performance management, change management, and communications strategies. Facilitating crucial conversations by earning trust and relating with genuine empathy. These are some of the ways I support business goals, organizational values, and employees as a Human Resources Business Partner. Currently HRBP at Randstad, a multibillion-dollar global leader in talent solutions, I work collaboratively in support of hundreds of employees in Randstad General Staffing spanning Talent Management, Talent Retention, People Development, Succession Planning, and Organizational Change. Before joining Randstad, I was a Talent Development Specialist at the National Football League and Human Resources Generalist and Compensation Analyst at JP Morgan Chase. When I’m not working, I enjoy my active family and activities such as running, walking, the beach, and traveling. Achievements Snapshot: ► Initially an external HRBP at Randstad, I earned the respect and engagement of Zone, Region, and District team members. I work across the organization to help employees navigate effectively throughout the COVID pandemic. I coach multi-level managers and contribute to developing succession plans and talent development programs. ► Built talent development programs at the National Football League from the ground up that are still in practice today. Presented program plans to, and secured approval of, Commissioner of the NFL for NFL Mentorship Program, League-first Junior Rotational Program, and LEAD-NFL Leadership Development Program for high-potential Managers and Directors. ► Envisioned, created, and led the launch of an internal women’s affinity group at the NFL, WIN, that is open to all gender identities. The group empowers and inspires people within the NFL who are dedicated to the professional development and advancement of women in sports.
