Set up employee schedules and training schedules, provided officers with full time site rotations, payroll duties and wage changes. Provide set ups for officers at new sites or events. Creating client requested coverages and securing the officers to work them. Assist with post order preparation, risk assessments and updating OH & S binders.

Participated in client meetings weekly, provided client with random access card audits to maintain proper security levels. Set up access cards for all new security and laborers working on site, completed flag training and arranged a flagging schedule for site officers. Handled some site conflicts and escalated to Client Service manager when needed. Maintained team professionalism and ensured all followed the site rules and procedures. Coached and trained new officers, as well as provided support to team members. Arranged any site orientations and training for new officers. Also completed regular office inspections and general cleaning duties.

Provide security serrvices for a variety of clients and special events. Became a Team Lead for Special events. Completed patrols and reports.

Insulating walls, installing drywall for trailer interiors, attached brackets and A/C Units, general wood prep and cleaning, also assisted other departments when time allowed. Received WHIMIS and Fall Protection certificates.

Detailed and completed condition reports for repossessed vehicles, set up car lot for auction sales, assisted with small mechanical issues (oil changes, attaching drive shafts, swapping out batteries and changing tires), loaded and unloaded trucks with miscellaneous items and general shop cleanup. Guide drivers on sale days to provide a smooth sale. Drove a variety of equipment when needed. I continue to assist at the auction on sale days throughout the year.
