Holistic support for the President and three Senior Vice Presidents.- Successfully managed all aspects of the FirstChoice office move from Mooresville, NC including the build out of the Richmond, VA office.

Responsible for all operational procedures aligned with delivering a compelling new hire experience for 13,000 external hires (annually).- Awarded Circle of Excellence, the highest internal honor associates can receive, for my work on the Onboarding Program Redesign.- Created new operational processes to support the strategic decision to centralize all Corporate Onboarding functions.- Led the building and management of six person Onboarding logistics team to execute on all operational tasks required to deliver the Onboarding strategy. - Managed the execution of multiple Campus Program Onboarding events for 300+ campus hires (ADP, TDP, PMDP, FRP, HRRP, etc.) and implemented multiple process improvements/efficiencies.

Developed and delivered an aggressive Volunteerism strategy for the department and supported delivery of a portion of the department’s Communications strategy.- Managed a $20,000 volunteerism budget and a department Volunteer Committee of 25 associates (various levels) to assist with delivering on the Volunteerism strategy.- Led the Communications workstream for the Card IT Clarity project and presented regular updates to the steering committee.- Wrote and delivered the department’s bi-weekly eNewsletter to keep everyone informed on important topics.- Coordinated all logistics for the 2009 Card IT Performance Management critical process.
