This quote, widely credited to Einstein, is one of my favorites, and I'm reminded of it when considering my LinkedIn profile. How can a laundry list of skills, education, and work experience accurately convey the way I approach the everyday challenges of my job? Most of us when hiring, have looked across the interview table and wondered how we can possibly "know" the candidate in front of us in a 60-90 minute conversation.These are the qualities I seek out and, key to "knowing" me, what I require of myself.
