I am responsible for managing all aspects of employee benefits, from onboarding to ongoing administration. My role focuses on ensuring that employees have access to comprehensive and competitive benefits packages that meet their needs and align with company objectives.Key Responsibilities:Onboarding & Benefits Enrollment: Overseeing the benefits enrollment process for new hires, ensuring they are educated on available options and that all necessary documentation is completed efficiently.Employee Relations & Support: Acting as a primary point of contact for employees regarding benefits-related inquiries, helping them navigate health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.Benefits Administration: Managing the day-to-day administration of health, dental, vision, and retirement benefits, as well as life insurance and disability plans.Vendor Coordination: Liaising with benefits providers to ensure timely implementation of changes, resolving any issues, and conducting regular reviews of benefits offerings.Compliance & Reporting: Ensuring that all benefits programs comply with federal and state regulations, such as ERISA and ACA, and preparing necessary reporting for audits and compliance reviews.Process Improvement: Continuously evaluating and improving benefits administration processes, aiming to enhance the employee experience while optimizing cost-efficiency for the organization.I’m passionate about fostering a positive employee experience by making sure they feel supported through their benefits packages and by contributing to their overall well-being.
