- HC/Salary reports – Variance between HC Budget & Current HC, Sending Various HC Report to the HO – CMC US. - Preparation & presentation of Weekly/Monthly & Quarterly Sales pipeline reports and analyzing its corresponding impact on Bookings, Costs & Revenue on a monthly/quarterly & annual level. - Preparation of Profit Centre Dashboards which include full disclosure on various areas of the PC Functioning such as MTD QTD YTD Actuals in terms of booking, costs & revenue. Includes info on The current HC. Variance wrt the budget, AR and billing and collection details.- Preparation of a monthly MIS – which is a database including an elaborate summation of all relevant financial information for the organization.- Initiating review meetings with CFO, VP & PC Heads on timely review over the findings and risk factors – Mostly Billing and collection related(Backlogs & AR)- Preparation of monthly forecasts submitted to HO which includes forecasting Bookings, Costs & Revenue. And submission of info on Customer List - Active, Risk, Lost - Updates- Preparation of a contract log report submitted to HO ( YTD Bookings information )- Preparation of Risk Report (Identify & Report Forecasted Revenue risks, Cost risks, Contract risk, AR risks, AMC/Hosting Customer loss risk)- Preparation of a monthly cash flow report based on which funds are transferred from HO.- Assistance in the 18-19 Budget Formulation for the organization- Assistance to the Accounting Team during Month End in terms of finalizing Revenue Numbers for PCs – Unearned and Unbilled Revenue.- Preparation of Board slides for a quarterly presentation for the MD to the HO.
