Current-Process financial transactions and maintain Avectra association management system (including membership applications, membership renewals, meeting registrations, meeting setup, meeting sponsorships, online store).-Serve as the meetings registrar for all SIMB meetings and special conferences.-Prepare daily reports for cash, check and credit card transactions.-Prepare membership and meeting reports for board of directors meetings (including breakdowns, stats and trends).-Oversee and perform membership renewal process for individual and corporate members.-Organize and setup SIMB membership exhibit/table at SIMB Annual Meeting and special conferences.-Maintain SIMB print archives.-Respond to board of directors, committee chairs, member and customer email, phone and fax requests.-Oversee and maintain the organization’s social networking initiatives (Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter).-Manage electronic communications with members and meeting participants.-Facilitate annual election process.
