Executing national tradeshows attended by the School Division as well as other meetings and conferences. Responsibilities include but are not limited to ordering booth space andshow services, on-site coordination, site recommendations and reservations, agendas, speaker communication, signage, AV set-up, discussion with marketing regarding booth layout product display, specialty items, hospitality events, processing book orders, special in-booth promotions. Other duties as assigned include housing coordination, advertising and invoice processing and reconciliation.
