Turin Area, Italy

Contributed to a field-school in Turin, Italy and worked at an Egyptology Museum called Museo Egizio. We learned and got hands-on experiences with Egyptian textiles, exhibition practices, and created an online exhibit using Omeka software. I spent five weeks immersed in the Italian culture and visiting a variety of museums to understand their values and influences in Italian society and learned about many museum topics of museum education, repatriation, and more.
