With over 18 years of professional work experience, I have engaged as a leader in various roles within criminal justice entities and private non-profit organizations. I was able to grow and focus in on my skills of effective project development, management and coordination of multifaceted projects simultaneously. Through each of my job roles, I have been able to pursue my passion and create meaningful change. I have led numerous projects from the dreaming phase to implementation. This involved planning, creating and executing priority tasks, coordinating and engaging project team(s), facilitating project plans, and providing clear communication. During these projects, I have strengthened my skills in researching, analyzing and problem solving issues. The experience of leading teams and providing supervision, guidance and empowerment to them so they can meet their full potential and fulfill their passions has been rewarding.
