I am a fast and willing learner - always looking for opportunities to better my skills or to learn new skills. I excel at, and am experienced in, customer-facing situations. I am hard-working, responsible, organised, sociable and willing to go the extra mile whenever the situation demands it. Managing my own Micro Entrerprise Business was the most rewarding experience of my career. The experience of performing all functions and being the decision maker in my Sole Proprietorship, taught me valuable principles of managing a small business and the vital importance of networking and understanding the industry you operate in. I particularly enjoyed the people-facing roles such as Marketing, Sales and Networking, as I love being Customer-facing. Being in a Customer-service oriented industry such as where my business was positioned, I learn to excell at people relations, customer retention and managing difficult situations. I became good at understanding Cash Flow and Working Capial Management skills and the interplay between managing debtors, creditors, inventory and cash. Through Bank reconciliations I audited all transactions, verified customer receipts and managed my Profit Share Agreement with the Landlady.
