I grew up in a small town and I had big dreams of traveling to tropical destinations. As a child, my parents would take me to the closest beach, which was near Galveston. I have many great memories of those beach vacations, but I always knew that I would visit the beautiful blue oceans and white sands that I had seen on TV and in magazines. I graduated with a degree in Business Marketing not knowing what the best career path would be for me after college, but I eventually rekindled my love for the beach when I started my career at a travel company shortly after. Not only did my love for travel grow, but I soon discovered some of my other passions within my new found career. I was given the opportunity to help people and I enjoyed the challenge of planning every detail of their trip in a way that I knew would make their trip the best they had ever taken. This also tapped into my love for problem-solving. Clients would have unusual requests and vendors claimed they had no solutions for these clients. Creativity was key in these situations.After 18 years of account management, relationship building, and problem solving within the travel industry, I felt as though I needed a new challenge and passion. I want to continue to utilize those skills, but in a different way. I am currently tackling the package overflow problem that many multi-family properties are facing in this time where the average person makes the majority of their purchases online. When I am not working, you will find me playing card games with my family, working 1000 piece jigsaw puzzles, playing pickleball, or on a beach somewhere.
