I am currently working for a company called Cavallin Stivali. My title for the Job is Brand and Retail manager, however I have also been a PA to the CEO. I actually ended up starting the whole business side of the company for my boss and had many roles including: devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing. Arranging travel, visas and accommodation and, occasionally, traveling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations. Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate. Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority. Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments. Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager. Carrying out background research and presenting findings. producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations and liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff. I also had a massive input on the design side of his business. I was managing a small team of designers, whom I had to guide through fashion trends and designs. I designed one of the websites needed for our company also and came up with many marketing ideas which are being put in place now. I am currently designing the catalogue for the company, and arranging photo shoots and organising what look we are looking for.
