I began my career in the music industry after a chance encounter with an A&R executive in a record store at the University of Pennsylvania. Following graduation, I threw my life into touring and traveled around the globe with multiple established recording artists before founding my own artist and producer management company in NYC. Able to spot inflection points ahead of the market, I recognized imminent changes in the music business and reinvented myself in the corporate world at Benjamin Moore. Within a few short years, I caught the attention of leadership and was promoted into sales as a result of my ability to connect with customers and move audiences through creative, engaging ideas and presentations. Later, I was invited by the CEO to participate in weekly meetings with the C-Suite and to reimagine the future state of the brand.Some of my proudest moments have been:Winning the Elite Presidential Award in Sales—the Company’s highest honor and an even more meaningful award as the first woman selected in the company’s history.Hand picked by our Sr VP of Global Sales to develop a Sales Playbook- which is now an integral part of the onboarding process.Developing multiple team members into top performers through strength-based coaching and leadership. Passionate about sustainability, philanthropy, and diversity, I believe brands have a tremendous opportunity to achieve growth by equally serving people, profits, and the planet. I’m open and hopeful to connect with like-minded leaders. On a personal note, I love music, fashion, food, nature, and interior design. I am an avid collector of Midcentury modern furniture and often can be found picking flowers and greeting CSA members on my wife’s organic farm, taking long walks or bike rides with friends and adoring our beloved pets.
