I also worked closely with our Corporate offices and scheduled allmeetings for all the managers at our location.

As a locator I specialized in finding people rental properties all over the greater Tampa Bay area. I am also a licensed Real estate agent that is born and raised in the Tampa bay area with extensive knowledge of my surrondings. I researched and visited most of my properties and built a rapport with leasing agents. I work closely with the clients from beginning to end, starting with the searching process and ending with the leasing process and ensured they were happy with what they chose even after move in.

-As the Director of Operations I was in charge of the daily Front of house and Back of house operations for a small restaurant/catering company.-I took care of all administrative duties such as invoicing, payroll and ordering supplies.-I was in charge of all hiring and terminating. -All inventory ordering had to be approved through me.-Scheduled and coordinated all catering events.
